Sonny Busa Retired diplomat with the US Department of State. Former visiting professor of the United States Military Academy and the Philippine Military Academy.
Dr. James Kelly Morningstar Post-Doctoral Fellow at the US Army War College. Professor at the Military Science Department at Georgetown University.
Dr. Richard Meixsel Professor of Military History, James Madison University. Research focus on Philippine military history.
