The Philippines is facing a crisis following the back-to-back devastation of Typhoons Tino and Super Typhoon Uwan (Kalmaegi & Fung-wong). This unprecedented catastrophe has led to a national State of Calamity across Visayas and Luzon, displacing over a million people.
Entire communities, already hit by Tino's fatal floodwaters and destruction, are now submerged, with critical infrastructure, homes, and livelihoods completely destroyed.
