[Webinar Video] Telesforo Trinidad: A Name that Deserves a US Navy Ship
/Last October 27, Positively Filipino’s latest webinar featured the USS Telesforo Trinidad Campaign, a community effort to recognize the first Filipino and Asian American sailor to receive the US Medal of Honor by naming a U.S. Navy ship after him. Among the panelists are: Capt. Ronald L. Ravelo, US Navy (Ret.), Chair, USS Telesforo Trinidad Campaign and Rene Trinidad, the grandson of Telesforo Trinidad. The event was moderated by Cecilia I. Gaerlan, Executive Director of Bataan Legacy Historical Society.
