Millet de la Fuente Bagcus of Mariegold Bake Shop & Fast Food shares her recipe for Garlic Butter Shrimp.

Ingredients

shrimps, 3 pounds, medium to large size
butter, 1 cup
chopped garlic, 5 tablespoons
crushed red pepper, 3 tablespoons
salt, 1 tablespoon, optional

Procedure

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chopped garlic and fry until golden about 10 minutes. Add crushed peppers and shrimps. Stir and fry until shrimps are pink. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately while hot. Accompany with steamed rice.

Serves 5.
