Squid in coconut milk (Source: Overseas Pinoy Cooking)

Serves 6-8

Ingredients 

3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped

½ cup onions, chopped

1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

2 teaspoons shrimp paste (bagoong alamang)

2 cups squid rings, ink removed

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 cup thick coconut milk

Procedure

Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add chili garlic sauce and shrimp paste. Add the squid rings and sauté for one minute. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil and coconut milk. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about two minutes more.
