Ingredients

1 part soy

1 part vinegar

1 part mushroom stock

3T cooking oil

Garlic, to taste

Black peppercorn, to taste

1 bunch Kangkong, cut into 3rd or 4ths

1 cup mushrooms

Procedure

Saute garlic and mushrooms in oil in stock pot or wok. Add liquid ingredients and black peppercorn; bring to boil on medium heat then lower to simmer for 20 minutes. Add kangkong and cook for 15 more minutes or until kale is tender.
