The killing of George Floyd while in Minneapolis police custody has triggered protests that are adamantly demanding a systematic end to racist police abuse and the longstanding racial discrimination suffered by Black Americans. Now an unprecedented global phenomenon, this unrest has also sparked deep conversations and reflections on racist attitudes among non-Black Americans, including the Filipino community.
