Kristen Brillantes and JP Reyes have been an instrumental part of the team who have stepped up to help coordinate food logistics, streamlining delivery, and initial outreach to hospitals to identify a need for #FilipinosFeedTheFrontlines. 

MANILA BOWL 

Manila Bowl has helped put Filipino food on the map in the Bay Area with their authentic and affordable Filipino dishes reflecting the regional ingredients and cuisines of the islands served in the comforting form of a rice bowl that reminds us of home. 

LUMPIA COMPANY 


Alex Retodo has revolutionized the way we think of lumpia. Taking a classic staple of Filipino cuisine and remixing it with innovative flavors like bacon cheeseburger and mac & cheese opened the door for new audiences to experience Filipino food and reminds us of the power of food to build bridges between people. 

OX & TIGER

Hitomi Wada & EJ Macayan are blazing a new way forward in food with their Japanese x Filipino inspired pop-up, Ox & Tiger. By building bridges between umami and sarap, they're taking their knowledge of flavors and memories of homestyle cooking to write a new story through food.  

MESTIZA & LITTLE SKILLET

Serial business owner Deanna Sison is the force of nature behind Southern comfort food's Little Skilet and Filipino-inspired taqueria Mestiza. 

FK FROZEN CUSTARD 

A scoop-able experience in indulgence, FK Frozen Custard is turning the dessert world upside down with their delicious treats in bars, bites, scoops, and more.

SENOR SISIG

One of the original food trucks putting Filipino food on the map, Senor Sisig's fusion style burritos have been an undeniable Bay Area favorite.

NICK'S KITCHEN 

Vegan Filipino food never tasted so good! Nick's Kitchen is run by the witty Reina Montenegro who has put in the time and energy into taking classic, meaty dishes like sisig and adobo and creating vegan dishes that will convert even the biggest carnivore.
