Chef Aaron Isip Of Restaurant Dix-Huit

Paris Blogger Randy Diaz and Joyce Ibardolaza visit Chef Aaron Isip at his restaurant Dix-Huit (18 in English) in Paris to sample his Filipino-inspired French dishes.

Chef Aron Isip is from Manila, Philippines. He worked at prominent Paris restaurants such as Apicius , Ze Kitchen Gallery, and Pan.  He brings a Filipino/Asian influence to some of his dishes along with his extensive French cooking skills and knowledge. 

Randy Diaz is from San Francisco.  After a successful career with Wells Fargo  in the Bay Area, he moved to Paris in retirement.   He started a blog about his Paris experience with an emphasis on Paris restaurant reviews.  He is the co-host of a program in development,” Inside Paris with Randy and Steve”.  The travel and lifestyle oriented show gives an insider resident perspective of less traveled Paris sights, neighborhoods and eateries.
