Remittance Growth Slows Down

Remittances from Filipinos abroad grew by 5.2 percent in April—the slowest pace so far this year—even as the demand for skilled Filipino workers in overseas job markets remained robust, reports Personal remittances grew slower compared with January’s 6.8-percent growth, according to the Central Bank.
