Manila has dislodged Mumbai as the second-best outsourcing destination in the world, reports Interaksyon.com. Aside from Manila, Davao, Bacolod and Santa Rosa, Laguna also improved their rankings in the 2014 Tholons Top 100 Outsourcing Destination.
