Dozens of workers denied minimum wage and overtime by the Filipino owners of nearly a dozen San Francisco Bay Area residential care facilities will get more than $1 million in back wages and damages as a result of two separate court rulings in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, reports Inquirer.net.
