Feds Arrest Fil-Am Engineer on Bribe, Kickback Charges

Federal agents arrested a Filipino American engineer, Rodolfo Quiambao, June 4 on suspicion of providing bribery and kickbacks to employees of a New York utility company, reports Inquirer.net. Quiambao, president and CEO of Rudell & Associates, Inc., an engineering and design firm , allegedly provided more than $6.9 million in bribes and kickbacks to supervisors of Consolidated Edison of New York (ConEd) in exchange for receiving contracts for his company.
