Vista Land USA Hosts Grand Launch Day to Introduce Innovations in Philippine Real Estate Investments

Vista Land USA’s Grand Launch began at noon with a Press Conference attended by the top media influencers in the Philippine news scene. By 2 p.m. the company hosted the ‘Philippine Real Estate Conference’, with a great line-up of informational sessions geared for its quickly growing teams of real estate brokers, agents and marketing representatives. Key presenters were Philippine Department of Tourism Director, Ms. Purificacion Molintas, Deputy Consul General Jaime Ascalon, Head of Vista Residences’ International Marketing, Noval Noval and Philippine National Bank’s US President, Ricky Villacisneros. The conference venue was packed to capacity as the presenters provided valuable information on the latest dynamics in Philippine tourism, business & real estate, economics, latest in development and infrastructure, finance and of course, the perks and the meaning of owning property in the Philippines.
Vista Land USA’s Philippine Real Estate Investment Conference concluded on a high note, which brought more excitement as many guests descended downstairs for the day’s Grand Launch Reception at the Kalayaan Hall at 6 p.m. With the Kalayaan Hall filled with seated guests and standing-room only attendees, the Grand Launch Reception program began with a welcome address from the Philippine Consul General Henry Bensurto, Jr., briefly discussing the many great developments in Philippine economy, business and lifestyle. He then welcomed distinguished guests and Vista Land & Lifescapes Founder and Former Senate President, Manuel ‘Manny’ Villar, Jr. along with his lovely daughter Camille Villar and the Vista Land Philippines team. Mr. Villar took to the mic and shared key economic trends showing the steady upswing of OFW remittances over the last few years, resulting to the stronger buying power among Filipinos.
Vista Land USA’s CEO, Nicholas ‘Nick’ Laureano, presented the company’s V.V.V. Thrust, focusing on a promise to VALUE Time, VALUE Quality and VALUE Service. At the end of the presentation, Mr. Laureano and Mr. Gutierrez were joined on stage by Consul General Henry Bensurto, Jr., Mr. Manny Villar, Ms. Camille Villar and Vista Land USA Marketing Division Head, Lilibeth Estrella for the Grand Launch Toast. Glasses were filled and raised, a great toast from Mr. Laureano and with the full regalia, confetti canons filled the hall as everyone began the evening’s celebrations.
