31st Annual Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture (FPAC): Kapit-Bisig (Arm in Arm)

WHAT:
The 31st Annual Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture (FPAC) returns to scenic Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, bringing with it a joyful celebration of Filipino American heritage through art, culture, community, and cuisine. This year’s theme, “Kapit-Bisig (Arm in Arm),” celebrates unity, resilience, and collective strength within the Fil-Am community.

The family-friendly, FREE outdoor festival will showcase:

  • Cultural performances on multiple stages featuring Filipino traditional dance, music, and martial arts

  • Surprise musical guests and emerging Fil-Am talent

  • Themed pavilions including the Ancestral Arts Pavilion, Wellness Pavilion, Children’s Pavilion, Seniors Pavilion, Discovery Stage, and Main Stage

  • Interactive community activities and panel conversations

  • Filipino food vendors and small businesses sharing traditional flavors and modern twists on Pinoy favorites

Presented by FilAm ARTS (The Association for the Advancement of Filipino American Arts & Culture), in partnership with the City of Los Angeles and generous sponsors and community partners. FilAm ARTS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to advancing Filipino American arts, culture, and community building.

WHY:
Founded in 1992, FPAC is one of the longest-running Filipino cultural celebrations in Southern California and a cornerstone event for Filipino Americans across Los Angeles County and beyond. Through shared experiences in music, food, art, and community dialogue, FPAC continues to honor Filipino roots while uplifting new voices and stories.
