Free and open to the public, the education event and resource fair entitled "11th Annual Free from Violence" is set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at the 2nd Floor Cafeteria of Kaiser Permanente Medical Center on 1200 El Camino Real in South San Francisco.
