Although disappointed in the outcome of the final version of a Vatican document that was supposed to "welcome homosexuals" in the Catholic Church, Filipino leaders of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) groups lauded the Church for at least discussing homosexuality, reports GMA News.
