Wealthy American Leases Fuga Island in PH for $2 Billion

The private island owner club boasts some very famous and extremely rich members: Richard Branson, Larry Ellison and Leonardo DiCaprio, to name a few. Now there's a mysterious new addition to this group. An American buyer, who has remained incognito, shelled out $2 billion for a 25-year lease on a paradise island called Fuga in the northern Philippines, reports The Economic Times.
