Surprise: PH Postal Service Earned Profits in '14 from Snail Mail

Postmaster General Ma. Josefina de la Cruz said the government-owned and -controlled Philippine Postal Corp. (Philpost) managing the country’s postal system posted a net income of P640.43 million last year, the bulk of which came from “snail mail,” reports Inquirer.net.
