American R&B singer Chris Brown was temporarily barred from leaving the Philippines after the Bureau of Immigration issued a lookout bulletin for him on Wednesday, a day after his at SM Mall of Asia Arena, due to a contractual dispute with the secretive Iglesia Ni Kristo church, which currently embroiled in its own internal crisis. Brown was finally allowed to leave after being issued an emigration release, reports Inquirer.net.
