Pinoy Fishermen Rescued By Taiwan Are Back Home

Taiwanese coast guard  rescued three Filipino fishermen--Ronald Q. Dumaran, Edwin C. Zoilo and Hener Mendoza--in the high seas during a storm, inspiring goodwill on the heels of a spat over fishing rights between Manila and Taipei, reports Interaksyon.com. The three flew home early morning Tuesday at the Clark International Airport. Their boat encountered big waves near Kaohsiung island last July 17.
