After experiencing one of the worst typhoons in history, the Philippines is ready to share its knowledge via a dialogue it will host in September. Philippine Permanent Representative to the United Nations Cecilia Rebong said, “The Philippines is ready to host the 2nd Disaster Response Dialogue (DRD) in Manila on 11 and 12 September 2014,” reports ABS-CBN News.
