Papua New Guinea Wants Filipino Teachers

Papua New Guinea is offering Filipino teachers and lecturers close to $20,000 a year to fill up an "urgent" requirement for qualified educators, reports GMA News. Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz said the Pacific nation is looking for at least 81 teachers and lecturers as part of the initial phase of manpower recruitment under a newly-signed bilateral agreement between the Philippines and Papua New Guinea.
