PAL: Those Flying to or Connecting Thru US Must Sign Ebola Form

Philippine Airlines is advising passengers flying to or connecting through the United States starting November 3 about a new US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention rule tied to the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
