Overseas Filipinos Can Vote in PH -- Comelec

The Commission on Elections is reminding overseas absentee voters who may wish to cast their votes in the Philippines next year they have until Oct. 12 to apply for transfer of registration. Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez said overseas absentee voters may apply for the transfer at any local registration precinct, reports Inquirer.net.
