Out of Status Immigrants in California Can Get Driver's Licenses

More than 1.4 million undocumented immigrants in California may apply for driver's licenses starting  Jan. 1, 2015 to apply, reports the Orange County Register. Information from the licenses  may be used by immigration authorities only if court orders require it.
