Film historian and filmmaker Nick Deocampo shared on social media that the 1936 film “Diwata ng Karagatan” starring Mari Velez and Rogelio dela Rosa and directed by Carlos Vander Tolosa has been found at the Royal Belgian Film Archive or Cinematek (See ABS-CBN for story).
