Meet First and Youngest Filipina to Qualify for Winter Olympics

Winter sports aren’t at the top of our local athletics programs for obvious reasons. But that hasn’t stopped Tallulah Proulx, a 17-year-old alpine skier, from being at the top of the game and becoming the first and youngest Filipina to ever qualify for the Winter Olympics (See Inquirer.net for story).
