Filipino youths in Spain received tips on how to deal with bullies during a workshop conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Madrid. The embassy said the workshop was held earlier this month at the multi-purpose hall of the Basilica de la Virgen Milagrosa in Madrid, reports GMA News.
