A Filipina, Maria Sevilla, and her son, Tyrone, could be deported  to the Philippines because the young boy has an autism diagnosis. The two immigrated to Queensland in 2007.  Her skilled working visa was recently rejected by Australia's Immigration Department, because the 10-year-old boy "may be a burden on the taxpayer if he becomes a citizen later in life," reports ParentDish.
