Judge Eve Cho Guillergan
Judge Eve Cho Guillergan has won the Democratic primary for Civil Court Judge in Queens, New York. Guillergan, who is Filipino and Korean, is the first Filipino American to win the primary. She defeated her Democratic colleague Julie Milner (See AsAm News for story).
