Rowena Tomaneng
San José City College (SJCC) has appointed Dr. Rowena M. Tomaneng as its next president. Tomaneng is currently the president of Berkeley City College (BCC) and has been an educator in the California Community College system for nearly 25 years (See Inquirer.net for story).
