Filipino-American Hollywood actor Ethan Dizon is the star of "Paulie", the Best Film and Audience Award winner at NBC Universal Short Film Festival. Dizon, who is only 11, was also nominated for Best Actor, the youngest among those honored, reports ABS-CBN News.
