She's not a household name yet, but Joy Villa's 2015 Grammys dress will probably change that. The aspiring singer wore a dress and matching hat made out of orange construction snow fencing, when she walked the Grammys red carpet. Joy sported nothing but nipple tape and a nude thong underneath, reports the Huffington Post. The designer, Andre Soriano, is Filipino.
