A new online registration system for absentee voters will make its debut in Madrid, Spain, in November to encourage greater participation among overseas Filipino voters in the 2016 elections. Called the iRehistro Project, applicants may schedule their time for registration at www.irehistro.com or www.comelec.gov.ph for 30 days starting November 3, reports GMA News.
