President Benigno Aquino III will honor Rep. Jasmine Bacurnay-Lee of the South Korean National Assembly when he visits the country, reports GMA News. Bacurnay-Lee, a Filipina TV host and actress, became the first naturalized Korean citizen to win a seat in the National Assembly.
