Five hundred workers from typhoon-hit areas will be recruited by two licensed recruitment agencies, free of charge, for employment overseas, reports ABS-CBN News. Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz said Skills International Co., and International Skills Development (ISD), have committed to assist worker-victims of super typhoon Yolanda.
