Former Hanjin executive and South Korean businessman Jee Ick-joo was strangledinside Camp Crame, headquarters of the Philippine National Police, shortly after he was kidnapped by rogue policemen in October, according to a Department of Justice (DOJ), reports Inquirer.net.
