Filipinos Hurt in Asiana Plane Crash

There were Filipinos on board the Asiana Flight 214 that crashed on the San Francisco International Airport runway just before noon on Saturday, killing two people and injuring more than 180 others, reports ABS-CBN News. Among those who survived were elderly couple Ruben and Belen Vallero, who were treated for broken ribs and liver laceration. Maricel Anino-Knaus, 38, and her two sons, 7-year old George, 5-year old Gabriel were also on that plane and sustained injuries.
