On February 5, 2020, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services published its Final Rule on Inadmissibility based on Public Charge Grounds (final public charge rule). This final rule was released after the Supreme Court of the United States, on January 27, 2020, ordered the stay of the last nationwide injunction.
