National Living Treasure Yabing Masalon Dulo has passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. She was 106. Yabing Masalon Dulo was a Blaan Ikat weaver from Mt. Matutum, Polomolok, South Cotabato. The late master weaver received the National Living Treasure Award or the Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan in 2016 (See Philstar for story).
