Duterte: 'Shoot Dead' Any Virus Lockdown 'Troublemakers'

President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the police and military to "shoot dead" any "troublemakers" who cause disturbances during the coronavirus quarantine in the Philippines, The Philippine Star reports.
