Felicia Maria “Shasha” Magpantay looks like she barely got out of high school. But this young-looking 28-year-old has already racked up an impressive academic resume. She has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from McGill University in Montreal,  where she was awarded the Pelletier Fellowship for best thesis in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, and a master’s in Applied Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario. She was a Trent International Scholar at Trent University in Ontario where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honors in Physics and , reports Inquirer.net.
