Justin Lynch, a 16-year-old African-American-Filipino from Vallejo, California broke Michael Phelps' 100-meter butterfly record at the USA Swimming finals last year, at 52.75. Lynch will be the only minority swimmer on the University of California at Berkeley team,  the reigning NCAA champion in men’s swimming and diving, reports Ozy.com.
