Colored Gelatin (flavored)

Strawberry 3 oz
Lime 3 oz
Lemon 3 oz
Boiling Water 1 1/3 cup

Gelatin Sauce

Pineapple Juice ½ cup
Condensed Milk ½ cup
Heavy Cream ½ cup
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Salt 4 Tbsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Unflavored Gelatin 3 Tbsp
Boiling Water 1 cup


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine colored gelatin (flavored) with boiling water until dissolved.

  2. Transfer the cooked gelatin in square or rectangular containers. Chill gelatin until they set.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple juice, condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar and salt. Stir with wire whisk until incorporated. Set aside.

  4. In another mixing bowl, combine water and unflavored gelatin powder. Stir until the powder completely dissolves. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.

  5. Gently add the boiling water then continue stirring until the mixture is clear.

  6. Pour the gelatin mixture into the milk mixture then stir until incorporated.

  7. Strain the mixture and set aside to cool.


  1. Cut the flavored gelatin into approximately 2 cm. x 2 cm. cubes or your preferred size.

  2. Arrange the flavored gelatin in 2 pieces plastic molders. Evenly distribute the sauce into the molders and store in the refrigerator until it sets.
