The Wichita, Kansas community has been rocked by the murder of the Filipina owner of a popular restaurant. Tanya Tandoc, the owner of Tanya’s Soup Kitchen, was found dead last Thursday in the basement of her home. The suspect is Tandoc’s housemate, 47-year-old Curtis Mitchell.Police said Mitchell made a 911 call late last Thursday night in which he confessed to the dispatcher that he killed Tandoc in a "crime of passion," reports ABS-CBN News.
