More Filipinos do not believe police claim that most victims of extrajudicial killings fought them back and thus had to be killed. This was the result of the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey, which revealed a declining trend in the public’s opinion on the honesty of the Philippine National Police (PNP), reports Inquirer.net.
