A Filipino copped the first prize in the smartphone category of a photography contest in Saudi Arabia, the Philippine embassy there said. Herbert Bagolbagol took part in the “Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum 2014” last December 14 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, reports GMA News.
